Mr. Rahul Seksaria is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Senior Partner with M/S B N Kedia & Co. A Chartered Accountants firm with a long standing of almost 50 years. He also holds Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree from Calcutta University.

He brings with him more than 20 years of diversified work experience. He has wide range of knowledge and experience in the field of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Indirect Tax and Direct Tax and representation before various departmental authorities and Consultancy. He has provided his services to various corporates in India like ICICI Bank Ltd, Coca- Cola India , Lafarge India, Coal India Limited, Cargill India, Tata Motors Limited, LIC Housing Finance Limited, S C Johnson Products Pvt Ltd etc. A thoroughbred professional with excellent business acumen, he has used his skills to help businesses grow from strength to strength which his client base would vouch for.

He has been instrumental in resource planning for projects which have achieved runaway success. With an extensive network base at his disposal he would be highly effective for identifying prospective resources for any nature of projects. He is specialized in the areas of audits, preparation of project feasibility reports, business set up, setting up of internal controls, business valuation, due diligence reports, mergers & takeovers and cost reduction methodology in corporate sector.
